Psilocybin Facilitation & Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in Bend, Oregon
Psychedelic-assisted work with preparation, presence, and integration.
Sometimes you've talked. Journaled. Reflected. Understood the patterns and where they came from. And still.....there may be places that feel difficult to reach with words alone.
For some people, psychedelic-assisted work becomes another way of exploring what is held in the body, heart, memory, and relationship with self. It offers a different lens than we can experience in our day-to day.
I'm Lynne Herbert, LPC, a licensed professional counselor and Oregon-licensed psilocybin facilitator in Bend. I offer individual psilocybin facilitation and support for people receiving ketamine services through a physician-run Bend clinic.
I'm not here to tell you where your experience should go. I'm here to accompany you, preparing together, staying present during the experience, and afterward helping you listen to what it's asking you to notice, tend, or carry forward.
You have your own knowing. Sometimes we simply need a different way to hear and experience it.
You have your own knowing. Sometimes we simply need a different way to hear it.
Every journey unfolds in it’s own way.
PSILOCYBIN FACILITATOR IN BEND, OREGON
Psilocybin experiences can be difficult to describe because they are deeply individual, and there is no particular experience you need to have for yours to be meaningful.
As a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon, I offer individual facilitation within Oregon's regulated psilocybin services framework. This work isn't about chasing an extraordinary experience—it's about creating enough support and space for you to listen.
Preparation
A psychedelic experience doesn't begin when the medicine does. Preparation gives us time to build relationship, talk through what to expect, and explore your intentions and concerns.
You may arrive with a clear intention, a question, something you've carried for years, or simply a longing to reconnect with yourself differently. We begin with what's actually here rather than manufacturing an agenda.
Presence
During your session, my role is to remain attuned and present while the experience belongs to you. I don't need to interpret everything that happens, steer you toward a particular realization, or need your experience to look a certain way.
There may be emotion, stillness, grief, beauty, resistance, laughter, uncertainty, connection, or things words don't reach. We make room.
Integration
The experience itself is only part of the process. Afterward, integration gives us space to explore what stayed with you, what surprised you, what feels unfinished, what wants your attention.
Integration may include conversation, relational exploration, mindfulness, or attention to what you notice in your body. The intention isn't to force meaning onto the experience, it's to give what emerged somewhere to land.
MYCELIA: GROUP PSILOCYBIN EXPERIENCES FOR WOMEN
There's something powerful about being held in community.
If you're a woman interested in exploring psilocybin within a group setting, I also co-facilitate Mycelia with Melinda Halpern, LPC… a group experience centered around preparation, facilitation, integration, and connection.
There can be something powerful about being accompanied individually. And, there is something ancient about women gathering into a healing space…a remembering in the body that you are not meant to walk this alone.
KETAMINE-ASSISTED THERAPY SUPPORT IN BEND, OREGON
My role is different.
I provide therapeutic support for people receiving ketamine services through Flow Wellness, a physician-run clinic in Bend, Oregon. Flow Wellness manages the medical side of ketamine care…determining candidacy and providing treatment. I am not prescribing or medically administering ketamine. I'm bringing my experience as a therapist into the process, through preparation, presence during the experience, and integration afterward.
We begin by talking about what brings you to this work and what you hope to explore. I can be present during the experience itself, and afterward we slow down and listen—to what feels alive, what you remember, what's shifted, what you may want to continue exploring.
If you already work with a therapist, I can coordinate with them, with your permission, so my role complements rather than disrupts that relationship. If you aren't currently in therapy, we can talk about what ongoing support might make sense.
For the medical side of ketamine treatment and candidacy, visit Flow Wellness.
Psychedelic-assisted work came into my life through both professional training and personal experience. After the sudden death of my partner in early 2024, it changed my work too. You'll find more of that story on my About page; what I'll say here is that it led me more deeply into questions I'd been exploring throughout my career: How do we stay present with what hurts? What happens when we stop trying to control the process? How do we find our way back into relationship, with ourselves, with others, with life?
I completed a 10-month psychedelic-assisted therapy training with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and became a licensed psilocybin facilitator with the State of Oregon. But credentials are only part of what I bring: more than 25 years as a therapist, an attachment foundation, decades of embodied practice, my own experience with grief, and a deep respect for the fact that your journey belongs to you.
Grief changed the landscape of my life.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I don't think of psilocybin or ketamine as shortcuts around being human.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT A QUICK FIX
And I won't promise that one experience will change your life. This work can bring up complicated, beautiful, uncomfortable, or deeply personal material, which is why accompaniment, preparation, relationship, and integration all matter as much as the medicine itself.
